Marcos Gets His CFI!

Huuuuge congrats going out to Marcos Figueroa for successfully passing his CFI checkride with DPE Donna. CFI is one tough program, and the BFC is proud to welcome Marcos in as a new instructor. Marcos plans to make aviation his career, and the addition of the CFI will serve him well in reaching his goals. Way to go, Marcos!

Two BFC Members Fly Coast to Coast in a Cessna 172!

Zach Scheidt and Fred Webster start out their journey in Tampa, FL.
Over 800 miles later, they land in Arlington, TX.  They took a little detour and got a tour of the American Airlines Training Academy in Dallas.
Day 2 takes them another 800 miles to Phoenix, AZ.
On day 3, they take a short trip North of Phoenix to see the Red Rocks of Sedona, AZ before heading to Bakersfield.  Sounds like a trip of a lifetime!  Way to go!
